Training with CEO Fitness isn’t just training:
I have an amazing community of clients who help cheer on new clients that begin their journey with me. One of my goals is to bring my people together and form a tight family feel amongst my clients. Because this is at the forefront of my business, many new friendships have been formed and it breeds success amongst my clients and throughout the entire gym.
It’s important to me to have this community because often people feel alone when taking the plunge into this new lifestyle. I want everyone to know that they don’t just have me in their corner, but instead, they gain the entire CEO Fitness Family.
What to expect when you decide to train with me:
I take special care of each individual client that decides to train with me. Specific plans are made for the individual client, instead of a typical mass-produced program. Each body is different and needs different types of programs to be successful. I take a huge look into more than just coaching you on how to workout.
On every initial assessment with me, you and I sit down and get to know each other so that I can figure out what is going to be best for you, your lifestyle, your habits, and how it will be sustainable long term. I get to know more than just your goals. I try to figure out what you like and dislike about training in order to form this new lifestyle, as well as make sure we are doing the things you will enjoy.
I want every session to be fun and exciting so that every time you come to see me in the gym, you are so excited to be there that you don’t want to leave! I don’t try to push people so they fail, I try to push people so they win. I want people to win their exercises. I never want anyone to feel defeated, especially in a way that would make you feel like you aren’t good enough because that isn’t fun for anyone. You can rest assured that I will meet you where you are along your fitness journey, and we will start off slow in order to progress every week and accomplish sustainable goals.
Where I am different:
One of the special parts of my training is attention to detail. In the initial assessment, I put every new person through, what I call, a body assessment. This is where I have you do simple movements in order to check on how your ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, head and core move. I want to see if there are any major muscle imbalances or pain when doing everyday movements. This will give me a starting point for our training so that I know going into the first session exactly what to do. I’m here to help everyday life get easier, and make you functionally stronger so that you can feel better than you ever have. I have helped many clients get through chronic pain, or even injuries, they once thought they would never come back from. I always say, “It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it!”
Why should you train with me:
I take pride in my personal training and I hate to see someone struggle because of how they feel both physically, and emotionally. I have been in a bad spot before with my own life, and it’s a very dark place.
I am 100% confident that I can help anyone through their physical or emotional struggles. If you feel like you are stuck, let me help you. I promise you that life doesn’t have to be a dark place. I can also tell you that it won’t all change overnight, but give it time and we will get you better. You will get stronger, more confident and more importantly, happier!
